Karen Iffert

For my Neil Diamond friends…We have a good friend, Karen Iffert, who could use our prayers right now. I just talked to Dick, and briefly to Karen, and she has been put in hospice, under Dick’s care. I knew Karen hadn’t been on Facebook for a while, and I was concerned, so I texted to see if something was wrong. Sadly, I found out about her condition. Please keep Karen in your thoughts and prayers. If you would like to send a card, text me, and I will give you the address. Oh, and her birthday will be coming up on Dec. 11.
Karen’s husband, Dick, just called me and said he would keep me updated on Karen. She has NASH. It is non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and hepatitis. It is not reversible. She has had it for years, but it has become advanced. So sad for her and the family. I know she would appreciate cards and prayers.
