Sadly, I doubt it...
From most recent social media posts, it looks like he’s in Colorado.

Interesting question.
From what I have seen, recent photographs seem to suggest he is at his home in Colarado.
However a recent interview he did, he did say he visited his studio in LA often?? and he could still sing good! he is obviously looking frail and fighting Parkinson’s is not easy especially at Neil’s age!
Now recording would be an issue I suspect, maybe he could put down the vocals etc but I’m not sure he would be up to gruelling recording sessions any longer.
Be great to get a new album and I do keep hoping, 2014 Melody Road was a long time ago Neil will have written multiple songs since he retired in 2017, that I am sure of?
