In the “Behind the Music” special that was aired on VH1 in 2001, Neil mentioned that he appeared in some concerts in the summer of 1967 that also featured Herman’s Hermits and The Who. Based on information I was able to come across searching the web, I have determined that this was one of them. The two groups had appeared in Washington, DC, along with the Blues Magoos, four days earlier, but Neil was not part of that show.

The Who was definately part of the show as I found on this site.
